This course was very helpful for learning how to use ATLAS.ti and its tools for qualitative data analysis. As somewhat of a novice researcher, it was very helpful to see the tools in use with real data and how a researcher thinks through analyzing that data.

Dense course, spread across 20 modules embedded with pdf notes tests and training exercises to train you to be an athlete in ATLAS.ti world. I should thank the moderator for her excellence in-depth explanation about ways to use ATLAS.ti software for researchers interested in doing qualitative research. Thank you.

The course offers 20 modules that go into detail on each of the sets of features provided by ATLAS.ti (document management, coding, memoing, analysis, visualization, etc.). The videos are easy to follow and clearly demonstrate how and when to use each of these features and how they fit into qualitative analysis. The course also offers some best practices when conducting qualitative research to ensure that researchers track their ideas well.

Very clear lectures, excellent slides, and thorough references to enable further detailed research into how to prepare and complete a solid research paper using qualitative analysis.

I enjoyed this course, as it was very easy to follow along. The instructor did a good job of explaining concepts. Sometimes, it felt as though it was a live session. I would definitely recommend this course to someone else.

This course is just so good. It takes you on a clear, practical yet academically rigorous journey of how to conduct good qualitative research. I completed the course half way through a part time PhD. With a background in quantitative research I had found the whole qualitative research area difficult to navigate. I had little confidence justifying a theoretical framework and rigour in the research design as the terminology used was unfamiliar. This course clarified it all. I wish I had known about this course earlier. I only came across it when I selected ATLAS.ti as my analytical software package at the data analysis stage of my study. ATLAS.ti and the training support provided have been invaluable. I'd recommend starting to use ATLAS.ti early in your research and to complete this course. Using ATLAS.ti with this course at the planning stages helps focus the literature, gives you time to practice selecting key concepts importance in the literature review which helps as prior training for coding later on in the process. You're arming yourself with valuable skills from the start. The tutor (Ivana Radivojevic) is just great. She explains everything clearly and provides example of her own research to illustrate and explain point in the course. A very well design, planned and executed course. Thoroughly recommended and a great ally on the research journey.

Es un curso que se basa en los videos con las explicaciones y guías en pantalla de la herramienta, se acompaña de documentos para cada módulo con los señalamientos de dónde encontrar las funciones que se explican en cada video. Los cuestionarios ayudan mucho a reafirmar los conceptos y los ejercicios si bien son sencillos complementan cada módulo de forma efectiva. Muy buen curso para adentrarse al mundo de ATLAS.ti

Me parece un curso muy completo, el cual aborda todos los componentes principales de ATLAS.ti 9 y además profundiza en aspectos claves que pueden ayudar a todo investigador.
